TERMS & CONDITIONS
These terms apply to this website and to enquiries made to Agency Luve. A specific paid project is also governed by the written proposal, scope, schedule, and payment terms accepted for that project. If they conflict, the signed or expressly accepted project agreement takes priority.
1. Who we work with
Our services are intended primarily for professional tattoo artists and studios acting in the course of business. If you purchase as a consumer, mandatory consumer rights—including any applicable distance-contract rights—remain unaffected.
2. Enquiries and booking
Submitting the audit request form or receiving an initial reply does not itself create a contract or confirmed booking. A booking is confirmed only when we agree the scope and date in writing and any stated payment or deposit condition has been met.
3. Scope, fees, and third-party costs
Website prices are starting prices unless expressly stated otherwise. The final scope, deliverables, timing, currency, VAT treatment, and payment schedule are confirmed in writing before work begins. Advertising media spend, platform fees, domains, hosting, booking tools, and other third-party costs are paid by the client unless the project agreement says otherwise.
4. Client responsibilities
You are responsible for providing timely access, approvals, truthful business information, and assets that you have the right to use. Delays in access, content, feedback, or approvals may move the delivery schedule. You remain responsible for final prices, policies, claims, legal notices, and professional decisions used in your business.
5. Changes, rescheduling, and cancellation
Project changes may affect price and timing and must be agreed in writing. Rescheduling, cancellation, and refund terms will be stated before payment or in the relevant proposal. Fees for work already completed and approved non-refundable third-party costs remain payable to the extent permitted by law.
6. Advertising and external platforms
Google, Meta, booking tools, hosting services, and other platforms operate under their own terms and can change, reject, suspend, or restrict accounts and campaigns. We cannot control those decisions. The client owns and funds advertising accounts wherever practicable and is responsible for complying with platform rules and laws applying to their services and claims.
7. Results
We use research, professional judgment, testing, and available data, but do not guarantee a specific number of enquiries, bookings, revenue, search positions, advertising results, or business outcomes. Results also depend on the portfolio, offer, local demand, budget, response time, capacity, and implementation.
8. Intellectual property
Ownership or licence rights for final project deliverables are defined in the project agreement and apply after full payment. Agency Luve retains ownership of pre-existing methods, know-how, systems, templates, working files, and reusable components unless agreed otherwise. You confirm that supplied images, logos, copy, reviews, and other materials can lawfully be used for the project.
9. Confidentiality and portfolio use
Each party will use reasonable care with confidential information received during a project. We will request permission before publishing confidential business information. Public-facing work may be referenced in our portfolio unless the project agreement requires confidentiality or you ask us in writing not to do so.
10. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Agency Luve is not liable for indirect or consequential business loss, lost profit, platform downtime, account restrictions, or decisions made by third parties. For business clients, aggregate liability connected with a project is limited to the fees paid for the affected project. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
11. Law and disputes
These terms are governed by Swedish law. We ask that you contact us first so we can try to resolve a concern directly. Disputes that cannot be resolved will be handled by the competent Swedish courts, subject to any mandatory consumer forum or dispute-resolution rights.

PRIVACY NOTICE
Agency Luve is responsible for the personal information described here. This notice covers visitors, self-audit participants, prospective clients, and clients.
Information we may receive
- Name, email address, city, country, portfolio or social profile.
- Your selected service interest, referral source, message, and project details.
- Self-audit answers, score, priority areas, and email when guide delivery is connected.
- Contract, invoice, payment, communication, and project-delivery records.
- Basic technical information supplied by hosting, security, or consent tools.
Why we use it
We use information to answer enquiries, take steps towards a contract, deliver agreed services and the requested guide, administer projects and payments, keep required records, protect the website, and improve our services. We rely on steps requested before a contract, performance of a contract, legal obligations, legitimate interests in operating and improving the business, or consent where consent is required.
Email and marketing
The self-audit promises the requested result and guide—not an unrelated newsletter. We will ask separately before sending optional marketing that requires consent. You can withdraw marketing consent at any time.
Who may process information
Information may be handled by carefully selected providers used for booking forms, email, automation, hosting, analytics where permitted, accounting, payment, project delivery, or advertising work requested by a client. It may also be disclosed when required by law or necessary to establish or defend legal claims. When information is transferred outside the EU/EEA, we use an available lawful transfer mechanism and appropriate safeguards.
How long we keep it
Unsuccessful enquiry records are normally kept for no longer than 12 months. Self-audit delivery data is kept only as long as needed to provide the requested result and guide, unless a client relationship begins or you separately request further contact. Client, contract, invoice, and accounting records are kept for the project relationship and any longer period required by law. Consent records are kept for up to 12 months before a new choice is requested.
Your rights
Depending on the circumstances, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or object to processing. Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw it without affecting earlier lawful processing. Contact valeriia@agencyluve.com to make a request.
