01 · The diagnosis

Find the leak.Then add traffic.

The work was never the problem. Inkwise had the craft, a clear point of view, and real demand. What leaked was the path from attention to a paid booking.

01 · Website

The site sat on Wix with fragile, half-broken conversion tracking.

02 · Paid traffic

Paid spend ran into out-of-area and zero-converting searches.

03 · Deposits

Deposits were taken off-site, with no way to connect a payment to the ad that earned it.

04 · Measurement

Return on ad spend was effectively unreadable because the value signal was broken.

Plenty of attention. No trustworthy view of what became money.

02 · The build

Strong work.Built into a system.

We rebuilt the path in five connected parts—and in the order the client journey actually needed them.

01

Booking foundation

A clean deposit system on Stripe, with session and design deposits from 1 000 to 25 000 SEK. Pricing logic, deposit flow, and policies were rewritten to align the checkout, website, and terms with Swedish distance-selling and right-of-withdrawal law.

02

Website + SEO

The site moved from Wix to Vercel without losing rankings or tracking. It became a fast, premium one-page booking site with FAQ rich-results schema and an image pipeline that reduced page weight by approximately 71%—including a mobile hero image reduced from 655 KB to 50 KB.

03

Meta Ads + Creative

A “big projects” campaign introduced the strongest realism portfolio work before clients actively searched. It delivered landing-page views at approximately 1.7 SEK each, a 3.3% click-through rate, and no detected creative fatigue during the measured period.

04

Google Search Ads

Campaigns were rebuilt around local intent: approximately 148 negative keywords removed roughly 48% of wasted spend, with match-type discipline and geography aligned to how clients actually travel to the studio.

05

Measurement

GA4, Meta Conversions API with event deduplication, and Google Ads conversions were connected to a deposit-attribution loop from ad click to booking to paid deposit. Two live dashboards now keep spend, bookings, and return in one measurable view.

03 · 30-day build + optimisation

The results.

The 30-day count began with the build and included launch and live ad optimisation—it is not a later month after the system was already optimised.

Tracked deposit revenue 102 000 SEK

Tracked during the same 30 days, against approximately 29 000 SEK in ad spend—a blended return of approximately 3.5× from deposits alone.

Meta landing-page view ~1.7 SEK

At a 3.3% click-through rate during the measured campaign period.

Google waste removed ~48%

Through negative keywords, better intent control, and disciplined match types.

Website reduction ~71% lighter

After the image pipeline, with rankings and tracking preserved through the migration.

  • From “we cannot tell what is working” to one measured system with live dashboards and true per-channel attribution.
  • Google cost per booking continues to be optimised as the attribution loop gathers more conversion data.

Attention was neverthe shortage.

We did not start with more ads. We traced the full journey from first glance to paid deposit, fixed the weak steps in order, and connected them into one system—research-informed and tested where bookings actually happen. The missing part was a trustworthy path from attention to revenue.

Every paid engagement starts the same way

Start withthe BookedSolid Audit.

We diagnose the offer, pricing, booking path, website, organic search, and paid traffic—so the first investment addresses the actual leak.

The 30-day period includes the system build, launch, and live ad optimisation. Deposits represented less than 50% of the final booking value; remaining session revenue is not included. Results depend on portfolio, offer, local demand, budget, and implementation and are not a guarantee of future outcomes. “Blended return” is tracked deposit revenue divided by ad spend across all sources, not a single-channel ROAS.
